Why there is no ads/banner on some free blogs?

  https://phuongthaotran.wordpress.com/

  I’ve asked some of these blog owners and they said they are using free plan, but I notice there are no ads banner “Create your website with WordPress.com
  Get started”

  e.g. like this blog https://dilsdogz.wordpress.com.

  Why is this happen?

  Remember you need to be logged out of your wordpress.com account. I see ads and “Create your website with WordPress.com” when visiting https://dilsdogz.wordpress.com. when logged out.
  Free plans have ads but the ads vary for the visitor depending where in the world you are situated but if you don’t see real ads there are usually ads for WordPress.com below posts or in sidebars.

  Those 2 sites do not have the banner ““Create your website with WordPress.com”
  You don’t see it?

  Perhaps it has something to do with the theme chosen or even that the account was created before the banner was implemented. Those sites certainly have all the other ads in the usual places.

  You can’t delete topics on this forum nor does wordpress.com delete topics.
