Why two addresses?

    I have two addresses showing for my site: (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff). Why is this and what does it mean? And why is the “dot” spelled out? I am a novice at blogs, but I have built more than one web site. This just seems strange to me and I’m wondering if I did something wrong.

    Howdy,

    It looks like you accidentally may have created two sites:

    http://nancysnuggets.wordpress.com/

    http://nancysnuggetsdotnet.wordpress.com/

    It looks like you mapped a custom domain (nancysnuggets.net) to the latter of the two (nancysnuggetsdotnet.wordpress.com/). In that case, you can delete the first address following the instructions here:

    Delete a Website

    Please note, your visitors will only see your custom domain nancysnuggets.net. The URL nancysnuggetsdotnet.wordpress.com is just used for admin purposes.
