Why two options in the drop down menu under my name?

From the menu under my name at the top right of the page, I have two options called “SeedSown.”
One leads to http://seedsownpress.wordpress.com/
The other leads to http://sspressblog.wordpress.com/
Do I have two blogs here?
If so, is that acceptable?
When I go to the dashboard of the inactive one, it displays the posts from the active one under Your Stuff. If I delete this blog, will it also delete those posts in the other?

Yes. Many of us have several.

No. It shows activity under your account name.
There’s really no reason to delete the other though. Keep it. Use it for practice or an archive. You can make it Private if you prefer.
