why u need to pay before the free try of 2 weeks

    i wanted to start building my website but when i fill in my card details it said decline but it is 2 weeks free try so why does need to be my card charge for that

    WordPress.COM checks to make sure the card is valid – they do that with a $1.– charge that is immediately voided or refunded if successful so you are not really charged unless you decide to keep the upgrade after two weeks – at that point the full value is charged – they just want to make sure they can get paid if you keep the upgrade
