Why unregistered friends cannot press on the “like” button

  I am using WordPress.com, the free version. My blog is relatively new, just opened it about a week ago. I turned off the option that people must be registered in order to press the “like” button (not Facebook’s). And still, whenever an unregistered person is trying to press it, she gets an alert that she has to be registered in order to complete the action.
  I would like to know why it happens and how can I fix it.

  Hi there, being able to Like a post is an action exclusive to signed in WordPressdotcom users because one’s Gravatar appears next to the Like on your site. More here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/
