Why @uol.com.br accounts are not receveing e-mail notifications from my blog?

I have a problem sending e-mails by WordPress to the domain @uol.com.br .
On 06/16 I signed up the e-mail @uol.com.br to be a follower of the blog. I received in this e-mail address the notification that I was a follower of the blog.
On 06/17 I received the notification of publication of a new post.
We had new posts in June 18/19/22/24, but did not receive any e-mail notification of such new posts in the @uol.com.br domain; on the other hand, I received such notifications on @gmail.com and @hotmail.com domains, in which I also have accounts and set-up as followers.
In addition, friends with @uol.com.br domain accounts have also informed us that they did not receive the e-mail notification that they were followers nor received any new post.
Throughout this period my e-mail @uol.com.br domain was set in manual mode anti-spam, which prevents from receiving spam. Still, I got the email notifications – which should be the norm – on dates of 16 and 17 June. Therefore, I think the anti-spam is not the issue.
What may be happening? I’m losing my blog readers!
