Why upgrade for my BLOG is not possible?

  Why there is no upgrade available for my BLOG (as it is written when I try to upgrade): https://hanelislam.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  I would like to have all advertisement gone.
