Why video doesn’t show up on homepage on mobile.

  The homepage banner video shows up on desktop. I’m using Elementor page builder and the video shows up Elementor’s mobile preview but not on actual site when I visit via mobile. Is this a WordPress issue or a hosting issue?

  I just tried a different video and same thing happened. It’s ok when it’s a still image but not video. Could it also be a Theme issue? I’m using Kadence-the free version. And my Elementor is a paid version.
