Re-establish my domain. Credit card was hacked causing me problems. I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL my domain. I was given a new credit card. Answered your September 15 e-mail, but no reply from you. What should I do?

Sorry to hear your card was hacked. I can see you disputed the payment for biblicalinterpretations.org and PayPal issued a chargeback against us:
Creating a chargeback removes the upgrades on your account and locks the site until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback — in this case it’s too late to cancel the chargeback because the payment has already been reversed. The money may not have reached you bank account yet but it has been taken from us and rerouted back to you.
I can restore the domain to your site but you will need to pay a chargeback fee ($20) as well as the domain cost ($26). If you would like to go ahead and pay this amount, please let me know and I will send a payment request to you.

I had no idea of the complexity behind the Word Press domain negotiation process. I definitely want to restore my domain. Questions:
1. To whom do I give my credit card number?
2. How often is the $26 fee charged? Annually? Semi annually? Bi monthly?
3. Since you don’t negotiate by telephone, what is the specific e-mail address
that will handle my business transaction?

You should be able to enter your information in your billing page.
For more information regarding the domain renewals take a look at our renewals section.
For chargebacks if would be best to use the https://wordpress.com/help/contact page to contact someone live on chat. From there someone should be able to help you quickly.

I can see another member of staff has already sent you a payment request for the domain costs. Can you confirm whether you have received it?

Domains are renewed annually, so you will only need to pay this amount once per year. We’ll contact you by email 30 days before the renewal date.
3. Since you don’t negotiate by telephone, what is the specific e-mail address that will handle my business transaction?
There is no need to email us separately in order to complete the payment. You can follow the link included in the payment request and we’ll be able to restore the domain to your site once that has been paid.

The payment request form won’t let me type in the proper information. It won’t accept what information I want to put in. The form accepts my credit card number, but nothing else.
Why is this so confusing?

Ok, let’s see if we can help you with this. Please take a screenshot of the errors you are seeing using these steps:
You can then reply to the email containing the payment link and attach the screenshot. It will contain personal information so please don’t post a link to it in these forums :)
We’ll then look in to what is causing the error.

I’m afraid your last payment didn’t come through to us. If you are still seeing errors, please email us a screenshot of what you are seeing so we can look into it for you.
The domain can be restored when we received your payment and you’ll be up and running again :)

In today’s mail (9-21-17) I received a statement from Bank of America who operates my VISA credit card. They tell me that the issue has been resolved with WPCHRG.Com (which, I suppose, is you) for $26.
Do you have a fax number to where I can send a copy of the letter?

We don’t have a fax number but you can send us a copy of the letter by email. Just reply to the email containing the payment link and it will come through to us.
