  Why was I billed double for my domain registration? Will I get a refund?

  Hi Manny – I checked, and you were only billed once. It looks like the authorization started to go through and failed, and then cleared the second time, so this might have shown up twice on your statement, although it only actually charged once. Does this explain it?

  Sorry, but my bank statement shows I am billed twice and the balance shows it clearly. To whom shall I bring this matter now that you claim that your billing is correct but it shows otherwise in my bank statement. I am now confused. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
