  I never select any plan or an upgrade as i am also using my hosting on Godaddy but don’t know why you charged me for 26$ i want my money back.

  I can’t find any transactions under your current account, so perhaps it was made on another WordPress.com account you own.

  $26 is typically the price for a domain registration. Do you use any domain names, here or at GoDaddy? There’s a good chance that’s what it’s for.
