Why was I charged?

  Hello, My bank account charged by WordPress at 99 $. I don’t know why, because I’ve never buy any extra pay plan in WordPress.com and themes too. Never!!! I checked my few accounts and email which I use at WordPress. And I use only free plan! . Nothing more! So why my bank account charged? How can I get my money back???? I dont why I was charged? And please dont text me: ‘Hey, please check WPCHRG.COM’, because it doesnt work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
