why was I charged

    According to paypal you have charges my $120. Why? I want this refunded

    Hi there,

    The WordPress.com account you used to post here owns no sites with us, and have never bought anything from us. We don’t have any payment information on file for you which we could have used to charge you.

    If you’ve been charged, it’s for the automatic renewal of an upgrade that was bought at least 11 months ago, and that would have been for a site under a different WordPress.com account.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
