Why Was I Charged?

Dear WordPress, I was charged for having a site with domain irenesaswito.art. I used to have that domain. However, I didn’t log in my account for almost 2 years and when I log in again, I can’t find the site. It said that I don’t have the site anymore and also in my account now, there’s no billing history or even payment method. The look of my account is also different, like a new account look. How come I was charged?

You aren’t seeing any sites or billing history on this WordPress.com account because this is not the correct account. The domain irenesaswito.art is registered using a different WordPress.com account. In order to manage that site, you’ll need to log out of this account and log in to the correct one.
Due to security reasons, we aren’t able to share more details about which account the domain/site is under, however, as you were charged, you can use the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com (which you can find on your credit card statement, here’s how), and send that to us by using the account recovery form here.

Hi,
But until now I can’t recover my account. They said just use ‘Lost Password’ because the email that I used last time is the same email for this account.
I even don’t remember my Username for irenesaswito.art’s account.
Can you help me to just give me an email that I can contact with, so it’s easier.
