Hi, I don’t know why was I charged. I have a free plan, no upgrade, your system doesn’t recognize the payment, but still it costs me $30. I can send you all the details with photos, if you send me proper email address. Please reverse the payment. Thank you! Michaela

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
