Hey there,
Can you share your site URL or domain name so that the team can investigate further?
-
-
You can check those charges at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
You can contact the Billing Team using the contact form on that Page. -
We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
If the charge is located using the above site, but you are not presented further options, please contact us via https://wordpress.com/support/contact/?whywasi=charged

see the problem is that there is not charge listed in that account and that is the only account i own… so i’m thinking wordpress is using my credit card from somewhere else without my authorization. i have my account number and transaction history screenshot may i speak to an accounting rep please

Staff members on the forums here are also WordPress.com Support and we handle billing problems and inquiries every day, so we are the correct people to help you here.
The website my colleague linked to above – https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – will allow you to enter any transaction data you have and help you locate where the charge is coming from.
The transaction ID will be a name (like “WordPress” or something else) followed by a letter/number code. It would look like this:
WordPress XXXXXXXXXXYou may also be able to call your credit card company for this information.
Then, enter that letter/number code in the “transaction” field at the above link along with your credit card information and it’ll look up the transaction and provide you next steps.
Let us know if you still have trouble after using that form and we’ll be happy to help.
