Why Was I Charged A Subscription Fee that was Double what I originally paid WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND NO SUBSCRIPTION?

    I was just charged ($500) double what I originally paid for some plugins, exactly one year after purchasing them, while I HAD NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO CREDIT CARD ON FILE, DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE CHARGE, … AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT BECAUSE THE SUBSCRIPTION PAGE AND THE SUPPORT PAGE ARE BOTH BLOCKED BY AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION PAGE ***THAT DOESN’T WORK**** SO I CAN’T GET TO THOSE PAGES.

    WHAT KIND OF RETARDED BUSINESS IS THIS?

    WooCommerce’s website auto-redirected me here to get support for this problem but the charge was made by WooCommerce. Their site is a total mess with no way to contact them.

    Their ‘Subscription’ page and their ‘Support’ page is blocked by an email confirmation page that has a button that says ‘Re-Send Email Verfication’ and when you click it, it points you to the ‘WordPress.com’ login page and asks you to login.

    They apparently have no contact email address, no phone number, you can’t reply to emails that they send to you from ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ as they’re directed into a trashbin.

    Wouldn’t deal with this company again, ever.

    Makes a bad name for WordPress considering they are such an important module.
