why was I charged for a domain not hosted by wordpress?

  I host all my domains thru HostPapa. Yet for one of them I just received a notice that WordPress is going to charge me. How can that be?

  @thekillingtype, I don’t see upgrades on this account. Can you log out and log back in using the address that received the upgrade notice?
