Why was I charged for an upgrade on a free account?

I was recently charged $26 for an upgrade when my account is free. I never authorized this charge and my account is not upgraded, so there is no way there is an automatic charge. Even if there was an automatic charge, my site isn’t set to expire until September 9th this year, so that would not have occurred one month early. Please reverse this charge and explain how this happened.

Same here. I have been charged in the beginning of Spetember without any bill or information and I have only a free account: flaschenpostgefluester.wordpress.com

I have canceled the upgrade and processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
