Why was I charged twice for two domain mapping upgrades?

    Charged $13.00 twice on February 16 at 3:12 and 3:13 p.m.

    Hi there!

    You have three recent domain mapping charges on your account for your three custom domains which end in .net, .com, and .org.

    You can check this out by going to Store > Billing History in your WordPress.com dashboard.

    Yes. I paid three $13.00 fees (Total: $39.00) using my personal checking account on February 24, 2014. I used the links appearing at the top of our webpage. This total has cleared my current checking account.

    What I am questioning are the charges from February 16 and an extraneous one dated February 24. These transaction numbers were listed in my initial email question.

    These may have been detailed as automatic renewals. Please note that I do not want to be involved with automatic renewals as things change. For instance, my debit card was one of those affected in the recent Target hacking episode. This forced my bank to issue new cards with new account number for all those affected. Auto-renewals cannot know this and are sent to old account numbers, creating confusion.

    Please issue manual renewal notices to my account. If I am enrolled, please un-enroll me in any automatic renewal charges.

    Hi there!

    Your account does not have automatic renewal enabled. And you’ll automatically get emails when your upgrades are about to expire. We send several emails starting at 60 days to expiration.

    I’ve looked up the transaction IDs you gave me above. The two IDs from Feb 16 are from 2013.

    The one from Feb 24 is for the recent renewal for your domain mapping for newlifechurchnow.net and was made manually, not with automatic renewal.

    Can you send me the transaction IDs from the three charges that you said cleared your bank account?
