Why was my account charges today? The renewal is not due yet? I need my money

  Why did was my paypal account charged today? My renenwal was not due. Please refund my money. This has caused me problems

  Hi,

  I see that the authorization was cancelled, so you won’t be charged.

  We charge for the renewals one month in advance of the expiration date, so if your payment method is declined or some other type of error, we have time to fix it before your domain or other upgrades expire.

  Will you be renewing it before next month? I can re-add the bundle so you can renew all of the features at the lowered price or you can selectively renew which upgrades you’ll like to keep.

  Sounds good. You’ll get reminders before the expiration in case you change your mind. With your domain, galleria2013.com, it’ll eventually cancel out, but not immediately. If you’re wanting to use the domain elsewhere, I’d suggest transferring it to a different registrar before it expires.
