Why was my blog account closed?

  Why was my blog account closed? They ask for these three thing now all f a sudden! I do not know where to find an activation URL or Key! I started my blogs in 2009!!! I do not have a Transaction ID? Where would I find it?? I began my blog in 2009!! NO, I do NOT have two factor authentication codes? HELP!
