Why was my blog suspended?

I have unique, high quality content. Yes some of the subject matter does have to with Electronic Cigarettes, but there are other wordpress blogs with similar subject matter.
Would this content be allowed should I purchase a domain?Thank you.

We Volunteers can’t help you. You have a warning notice with a link in it — please click that link as it works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed).
