Why was my blog violated?

i can’t acess my blog because of a violation

The authors have deleted this blog. -
There is no possibility of getting a blog you deleted back. Deleted blog URLs cannot be recycled. That’s why it takes ignoring 3 warnings and then clicking a verfication link in an email in order to delete a blog.

Or you can register a domain vis a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
