Why was my Credit card charged although I did not make any purchase?

  Hi!
  I found that my credit card was charged yesterday (08-02-2015) with an amount of Rs. 1161.61 at WPCHRG.com although I did not purchase anything.

  This is really frustrating and I am losing my trust in WordPress.

  I need a response at the earliest!!!
