Why was my site blocked?

  I cannot do a thing for ‘violating’ the Terms of Service. My site is simply a portfolio that lists technical skills like APIs, etc.

  Suspended sites are never discussed in this public forum. As very clearly indicated on your site, you must contact the TOS-team by following the link to the Support document at https://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/
