    Hi there,

After looking into your account, I found that everything in the WordPress.com Premium upgrade (minus the domain – $26) was refunded and removed from your account. You were given a partial refund of $73. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.

If you also want to cancel your domain, please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.

Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.

You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:

    Change a Domain’s Name Servers

After 60 days from the date of purchase or registrant contact information change, you may also transfer your domain to another registrar by following this guide:

Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm.
