Why was there a problem refunding my payment for WP Premium?

I tried canceling my premium subscription, but I got an error message that says: “Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.” Any help?

I found that your refund was successfully processed. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
