Why, when editing a post, it switches to the new WP format which I do not like or want to use?

When I am editing a post, the new WP format pops up, not the old format which I prefer to use. How do I keep this from happening?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The new editor is the default for clicking the “edit” button now. The /wp-admin/ post editor is still available, but you’ll need to navigated to /wp-admin/ directly to reach it.
I’d recommend setting this All Posts page as a bookmark in your browser:
https://latebloomerbuds.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php
Editing from that page will always open the /wp-admin/ post editor.
