  Live email and chat support are offered for all plans with the exception of the free plan. Each plan is tailored to suit different needs, and the reason these features cost extra is due to the resources required to offer and maintain them.

  If you required advanced customization and no ads you wouldn’t necessarily need the Business Plan. Based on the needs you have listed it sounds like the Premium Plan may be a better fit for your site. Depending on what kind of site you have in mind you could find a theme that fit your needs so less customization would be required and you could use the personal plan and still have no ads.
