  Why is it so complicated solve a simple problem ? Why would I pay a premium service and I see no difference? Why is it so difficult thing to chat a human being?

  I am so sorry to have to buy the premium service. The customer service of WordPress is crap. Except Katherine Pressner. But I rarely falls on it!
