Why will my blog not publish?

I am putting in my new post as always and the preview looks great, but when I hit the publish button I get the little spinning icon for a bit, and it stops and nothing has posted. My blog shows as a draft, but will not publish.

I’m sorry you’re having difficulties with posting. It appears you have an unpublished post from today, so you haven’t lost it, which is good news. You might try clearing your cache and cookies to see if that allows you to publish it.
If that doesn’t work, please let us know.

Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately it didn’t help. I am still trying to post blogs with no luck.

That shouldn’t cause any trouble, but at this point I’d like to rule out a browser-specific issue.
Would you please try a different browser, like Firefox or Chrome?

I did try both Firefox and Chrome, as well as having another user attempt to post with no luck. Unfortunately our last blog post was “Celebrate Earth Day 2012” posted on April 20th. We are extremely frustrated at this point and would like the issue resolved ASAP. Please help us “live” with go to meeting or Webex or something so that we can both work on this issue and you can see live what is ( or is not!) going on with our account.

Is the post ready to publish? If so, what is the title? I’ll try it myself and see if I run into the same issue.

I was able to get the post to publish without issue, so I’m not really sure what the problem was.

No, that was me. Since I didn’t encounter any issue, I don’t have any data on what was happening.
I’m hoping it was temporary glitch, so please do let us know if it ever happens again!
