Why will my featured image not display on my page?

  I am trying to add a featured image to one of my pages. I have uploaded the image; it is the correct size. I have tried several times to attach it, and it shows as attached on the editing page, but when I go to look at the page in preview, all that is showing is the default picture.

  Thanks, however, I finally figured it out. For some reason, the image I created on my office computer (which is running Windows XP!) wouldn’t upload on the page, but when I re-created it on my home machine running Windows 7, it worked fine. Guess the old operating system doesn’t get along with this site! Thanks!
