Why will photo not insert?

I have posted to my blog, Leon’s Message Board, since 2010 without problems. Starting week during trip to Jerusalem, cannot insert photo. When I click to insert photo, WPress istead will insert text including my caption, for example: “The dung gate at the southern end of Jerusalem is the entrance to the western wall (wailing wall) and the temple mount.[caption id="attachment_2365" align="alignnone" width="214"]<img src=”http://bleon1.files.wordpress.com/2013/10/dsc_1106-731×10241.jpg?w=214″ alt=”Dung Gate at Jerusalem's southern entrance to the western wall and temple mount. Hi Leon,
You may be seeing our “text” editor instead. Both editors will still display the images on your live site, but the text editor will show you the actual HTML code being used to generate your site.
When editing a post, toward the upper-right of the text box, there are tabs for “visual” and “text”. Can you check to confirm you’re not on the text editor?
In either case, it’ll still publish the picture on your blog; we’ll just need to make sure your editor is what you’d expect!
