Why won't any of my sites load

I have three sites with you, two of which are premium.
I’ve been unable to get any of them to load on my laptop using chrome, although they’re fine on my iphone. Same with the home page, and the reader
I’ve tried clearing the cache etc but it hasn’t made any difference. I’ve had the problem for over a week.

It looks like your site culturalflanerie.com is loading correctly on my side in Chrome. When you say the sites won’t load, could you elaborate a bit more? Are you receiving an error page or is the site just constantly trying to load without making any progress?
Also, are you able to load WordPress.com?

It takes forever for the page to load, and when it does eventually load it just looks like a word document – a page of dot points, not the actual webpage with pictures etc
It is the same with WordPress.com
I can email you a screen dump of what I see if that helps?

Does this only happen on your computer (phone and other laptops if you have access to them load fine)? Also, can you let me know where you’re located?

I can’t even get in to upload a screenshot. Is there an email I can send it to?
It also happens on my iphone if I go in through safari, although it is okay via the app.

I just sent an email from help@wordpress.com to your address. Could you reply back there with the screenshot? Is the Safari trouble on your phone over your wireless network or cellular data? Also, have you been able to try another computer by chance?
