Why won't changes to my settings update?

  In the process of setting up my account, I incorrectly input my e-mail address.
  ol.com instead of aol.com. As a result I have not had my validation e-mail from WP. I’ve tried to change my settings but when I press the “Save Settings” button at the bottom, nothing happens! I just keep going round in circles – HELP!

  Dear Darnell – unfortunately nothing received this end. What e-mail address are you using? I made an error when I input my e-mail address on registering (that’s my problem, I need to correct it) I input ******@ol.com is should have been ******@aol.com.

  Many thanks for your assistance. This will be my last attempt to resolve this with WP.com I don’t have any more patience with it. Shudder to think what would happen if I had a complicated problem with a WP website should I actually get to have one. All I want to do is make a SIMPLE correction to my settings!!!

  I e-mailed you again. Let me know if you received anything. I sent it to your aol.com e-mail.

  There is a reason why you haven’t been able to update your e-mail address for you account and I explained it in the e-mail.

  Feel free to reply to me in the e-mail to confirm that you received it.
