Why won't it save my email changes in my domain part of the store?

I am trying to change my email address in my domain section, because I want to move my domain to self hosted, and it won’t let me change it. I can’t access my old email as it has been shut down so when it is giving me the code to be able to transfer, I can’t get it. I have tried to change it and it shows that it is saving it, but then when I check back it hasn’t saved it. Everywhere else in my profile and settings the email has changed, except here. What’s up with that?

I’m very sorry for the trouble changing your email address for your domain. We’re currently investigating an issue where certain domain updates aren’t being saved:
Our developers are looking into the issue, and I’ll let you know as soon as we have an update from them.

I have noticed a couple of things that it won’t let me save, but only to my main original domain blog. The others all save and do fine.

I just got word from our developers that this issue is resolved. You should now be able to update your domain email address as mentioned here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#update-contact-information
