Why won't my a record update?

  I am redirecting my site to a new a record and even though the correct one is now in place, my site is not pointing there and is thus DOWN! Please help!

  First, I noticed you have submitted multiple requests for support. To keep our conversation organized, I’m going to respond to your questions here and close the other requests. Please keep all further correspondence in this thread.

  It looks like you recently set a custom A record for the domain healthyhelperblog.com. However, the name servers for that domain are currently pointed elsewhere. In order for the custom A record to become active, the name servers have to be pointed to WordPress.com.

  Can you navigate to the page below?

  https://healthyhelper.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  From there, press “Edit Domain” -> Name Servers -> Use WordPress.com Name Servers

  Let me know once you’ve done that!
