Why won't my avatar appear on my blog and on comments?

  Hi I’m having trouble with my avatar, and my comments on other’s blogs. I have uploaded my image, it appears on my reader, my dashboard and all of my internal sites. But it does not appear on my blog, and it doesn’t appear when I comment on other’s blogs, and in those comments I am shown as “Anonymous” not my name or blog name. I know these are different subjects but I’m hoping for help with both, thanks!

  I just went to my reader and it is not there, sorry, I thought it was, but it does appear on the other admin sites.
