why won't my blog delete once I've clicked the delete link sent by email?

created an account, decided I wanted to delete it. Followed all the process on the ‘tools’ section, got sent email with the link to click to delete blog but the blog still won’t delete and it says that the link is broken.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
