Why won't my blog designs show live?

  I purchased a custom design for my blog but my edits to the font and color of the background won’t show live.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you recently purchase the Cocoa theme as shown here:

  However, it doesn’t look like you’ve purchased the Custom Design upgrade, which is required for the design changes to appear live:
