Why won't my blog posts save, publish or schedule?

  I’m creating a post at http://www.rachelandgracie.wordpress.com.

  I can create content but it is neither automatically saving, nor giving me the option to save, schedule or publish posts.

  I don’t know if this is related, but I received a notification recently that had something to do with using more storage and I clicked yes. To be honest I didn’t understand what it was asking or how that may have affected saving and storage. It may be un-related but it may also be connected.
