why won't my blog show up to outside users?

My blog will not show up to outside users. when it is searched it defaults to wordpress.com

You don’t have very many posts so there is not much for search engines like Google et al to find. Here is a post with lots of tips to increase your traffic:

Of course it does: you have only three posts on your blog, and only one has been added since July. Blog more. Use tags and categories appropriately. Favour posts over pages when creating content.
Search engines only list sites that they think people will be looking for, sites with fresh, relevant content, and lots of it. There’s simply not enough on your blog for search engines to rank it.
