Why wont my dashboard or site load anymore?

  My site and dashboard will not load, i installed an upgraded version of my theme and now nothing will load i cant access my dashboard or my wp-admin login. Im not sure what the problem could be. Any suggestions?

  To help you get moving… If the upgraded theme began the issue, you can disable it by accessing your site via FTP and renaming the active theme’s folder (mytheme to mytheme-temp). That’ll be enough to kick the site back to a default theme (if still installed, or no theme if not) and allow you to reaccess your dashboard.
