why won't my follow widget work

  A WordPress blogger url is http://overwhelmedbyjoy.wordpress.com/ tried to sign up to receive email notifications from my site hometogo232.wordpress.com However it did not give her a notification in her email. She tried twice…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I want to assure you that your follow widget is working. Some WordPress.com users block emails from WordPress.com (including subscription emails) in their account settings. Can you please ask that blogger to log in to their account and uncheck the box next to “Block emails” on that account settings page?

  If you have any more trouble with this blogger or anyone else trying to follow your blog, please let me know. They can also contact us or email us directly and we can help them follow your blog. :)
