Why won't my images show in posts

  Hi there. I can’t see any of the images I’ve uploaded, including the background image of the blog. They were all there for about a week, then stopped appearing. I cleared cookies/cache. Also read in some older forums to find the Store Uploads folder in Media Settings or the Miscellaneous section under Settings…but neither exist! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
