why won't my media play or upload after purchasing the media upgrade bundle?

  I paid for the media upgrade bundle that says it supports .mov videos and .mp4 audio files. I then uploaded an mp4 audio file, yet when I preview my post it shows the media player, though just says “loading” and will not play. Also, I attempted multiple times to upload a video (595mb) into my media library and every time it says it’s uploading but never finishes. I just spent all this money for these services and they don’t work! Why not?

  Can you send me a link to the post that is having the issue?

  How long did you allow for the file upload? With a file that large, speed fluctuations can make the process indicator off a bit and can take a fair amount of time to upload.

  Hey there,

  Yeah the audio one started working, thanks.

  But my bigger problem is that the .mov I’m trying to upload keeps failing. It just sits at 3% for hours and won’t upload. I understand that file sizes that big should take a while. Is it possible there’s something else causing this?
