Why won't my mp3's upload on my blog?

When I try to add media files, my mp3’s always incur errors. I’ve tried both the browser uploader and the multi-uploader. I’ve also tried with various mp3 files to make sure the problem wasn’t with my file. When I try to upload them, the uploader either shows an error message that reads “IO error” or they appear to upload to 100%, but then the uploader seems to get stuck. It won’t proceed to where I can edit and title the files and the files don’t show up when I look at my existing media files. I purchased the upgrade to add audio files a couple days ago.

I’m sorry about that – what sizes are the mp3s you are uploading? Does it still happen if you use another browser like Chrome or Firefox?

Thank you for your prompt reply. My mp3’s aren’t large: 11-15mb. However, I tried using both Chrome and Firefox. I’ve found that when Internet Explorer doesn’t work, one of those alternatives will. It’s curious because this works out the other way too; when Firefox doesn’t work, one of the others does and the same with Chrome. But, ultimately I have been able to upload my mp3s so I’m happy; thank you for your advice.
