Why won't my tagline update? Also, mobile app not displaying blog properly.

I’m having 2 issues. First, I updated my tagline several days ago right after I started the blog. However, every time I go to share my blog’s link on social media, etc. the old tagline appears in the link/thumbnail to my blog. My blavatar also hasn’t updated even though I already cleared my cache, etc. but it’s only been a few hours.. so I’ll try waiting a little longer.
Second, my theme/font is not displaying properly in the app. It’s not just because it’s on a mobile device because when I pull up my blog on Safari on my iPhone it works fine– but the WordPress app does not display it properly. How can this be fixed?

I see this tagline:
Shining, Shimmering, SplendidNote that gravatars/blavatars (favicons) do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change. See: http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/
