Why won't the font, color etc. menus stay open in dashboard?

    I have paid for the premium upgrade and am trying to customize. When I select one of the items from the customize menu, it stays open briefly then closes automatically. I am using windows 8.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi Angela,

    Can you please give this a try in an alternate browser, such as Firefox or Chrome, and let me know if you have the same problem?

    I just tested the customizer with Windows 7/IE 10 and it worked fine for me, so this would help us narrow down if it’s a browser issue on your end, or something else.
